GETTING TO GOOD DESIGN

Mission:
Good design can make a great difference in how we live. We define "Good Design" as the successful creation of visually compelling, effective spaces that respect the project's budget and are user friendly as well as physically and environmentally comfortable.

We get to Good Design by establishing positive relationships with the project team, listening well, communicating clearly, analyzing relevant codes, schedules, project constraints and parameters, working towards a project budget, incorporating relevant building science applications, and synthesizing all the above with our design skills. We make client satisfaction our highest priority, and we approach each project, whether as the Project Architects or as the Owner's Representative/Project Managers, as a unique and exciting design opportunity.
